Academic departments lead educational visits, days out and residential trips to complement the subjects being taught and offer an alternative method of learning to inspire and engage our children.
Theatre and museum visits, lecture days, adventure walks in the local woods, as well as excursions to other Buckinghamshire and London land marks frequently feature in school life.
Learning is brought to life as children enjoy Geography fieldwork trips to Wales, and History and English specialists visit the Ypres battlefields. We also offer Skiing trips to Austria / Italy, so there are number opportunities for our students to discover the world.
All ages have the opportunity to visit the galleries and museums of London, and our slightly older students even venture to Amsterdam and France for language days!
For our younger children the chance to enjoy an adventure packed activity weekend on the Isle of Wight causes much excitement and forms new bonds between friendship groups as they learn different social and interaction skills.
Trips both in the UK and abroad are important experiences for our students to widen their horizons, build confidence and embrace new challenges.
You will be informed on a termly basis of the school trips proposed for your son / daughter.
