Assessment/Taster Day Fee

  • £100.00 non-refundable Assessment/Taster Day fee

General Deposit

  • A general refundable deposit of £175.00 is required to secure a place for your child at the Webber Independent
  • £500.00 for Sixth Form entry

Sibling Discounts:

The fees for the second and subsequent children of the same family are discounted by 5% for second child, 10% for third child, provided that no other discounts are in place.

Before & After School Provision

  • 7.30-8.30am including Breakfast £4.50
  • 4.00-6.00pm including tea £8.50

Students can attend up to two free extra curriculum activities per week. Additional activities will be charged as above for after school provision. Clubs run by external providers will be charged separately. All examination booster classes are free of charge.

Late fees 6.00pm - 6.30pm

  • £5.00 per half hour (24h notice)
  • £10.00 per half hour (booked on the day)
  • £15.00 per half hour (booked after 4.00pm on the day)
  • £20.00 per half hour (not booked)

School Transport

Transport is available core hours only up to 40km from the school and dependent on availability prices; please enquire directly to the school transport department for a quotation.

Methods of Payment

  • Termly – Fees must be paid by the first day of term or a late payment charge of 15% will apply.  Fees may be paid by debit card, by cheque or by bank transfer at no extra charge; credit card payments incur a 2.5% surcharge.
  • Annually in advance– There is a 2% discount for annual fees received by Friday 26 August 2016
